Announcements : New functional mailbox for DINER issues

In order to better organise support on the DINER Data Integration Network, organisations implementing and running this system can send enquiries and requests for information to a new and dedicated functional mailbox (FMB) named "JRC ECCAIRS DINER" with the address "jrc-eccairs-diner[replace with the at-sign]ec.europa.eu". The FMB is monitored by many staff at the JRC and assures that messages are processed in a timely manner, which may not be the case when sent instead to one's personal mailbox. Organisations are kindly asked to update their bookmarks. |
