General News : Aviation Extension Release (Taxonomy - Update
Thursday, 22 August 2019

During verification of the latest version of the Aviation Extension for the ECCAIRS 5 Common Framework, version (ADREP and RIT), a small issue has been discovered affecting the display of value levels of attribute "391 Event Phases".

The description of the various value levels is not consistent with the actual value level. Instead of the correct sequence "Level 1", "Level 2", "Level 3" and "Level 4", the actual sequence is "Level 2", "Level 3", "Level 4" and "Level 1".

This may induce in error when creating queries, when selecting the level by the description instead of the position of the description.

The issue affects only the value level description, the value level data is correct. Hence, if respecting the positional index or when running existing queries, the results are consistent.

A HotFix package has been made available for download. This version maintains the same version number v4.1.0.7.

Announcements : New functional mailbox for DINER issues
Thursday, 30 August 2018

In order to better organise support on the DINER Data Integration Network, organisations implementing and running this system can send enquiries and requests for information to a new and dedicated functional mailbox (FMB) named "JRC ECCAIRS DINER" with the address "jrc-eccairs-diner[replace with the at-sign]".

The FMB is monitored by many staff at the JRC and assures that messages are processed in a timely manner, which may not be the case when sent instead to one's personal mailbox.

Organisations are kindly asked to update their bookmarks.
