Software releases : New version of the Taxonomy Designers (2.8.0.3) available

We have released version 2.8.0.3 of the Taxonomy Designer Tools. This release replaces version 2.8.0.2 which has been distributed since March 2017. The Taxonomy Designer suite consists of six applications available for designing and maintaining ECCAIRS 5 taxonomies. Four of them are distributed for general usage via the portal. the Taxonomy Designer Administration and Management tool are only for restricted distribution (for example for the organization maintaining the taxonomy).

Software releases : User Interface Designer Release 3.2.0.6 (Section and View Designer)

ECCAIRS 5 User Interface Designer Suite consists of the Section Designer and the View Designer. The suite is downloaded as a self-extracting archive and is accompanied by user manuals and release notes. Read these notes carefully before installing the software. This version replaces version 3.2.0.5. We recommend to upgrade the software as soon as possible.

White Papers : New merging White Paper for ECF 5.5.1.11 including new Merge Profile

In release 5.5.x.x of the ECCAIRS Common Framework (ECF), a new Merge configuration format has been introduced to simplify the configuration phase and offer some additional features requested by the ECCAIRS community. Note that in previous releases of the ECF, an XML based configuration file was used but there was no guideline on how to make or modify such a file. With release 5.5.1.11, this possibility has been introduced. Together with the White Paper, a new Merge profile to be deployed in release 5.5.1.11 and beyond and the XML Schema Definition (,XSD) for the related XML file is distributed.

Software releases : New version 5.6.15 of the ECCAIRS 5 Aggregation Workbench (AWB)

The latest version of the Aggregation Workbench for ECCAIRS 5 is available for download. Version 5.6.15 includes support for taxonomy customisation and a number of product enhancements and fixes. Full details in the attached document.

Software releases : EASA Data Quality Rules update August 2016

These Quality rules are available as a *.e5e file to be loaded in the Data Manager. In the Configuration Tab of the Data Quality module all the rules can be found, organised in exportable and re-usable libraries covering specific area of interest. The rules and libraries can be used in the Data Manage rbut laso, using the appropriate configuration of the Data Quality Add-in in the Browser and in WebDAS.

The ECCAIRS portal has been updated. The changes with respect to the old version are:

- Updated versions of the CMS platform
- New style
- Improved performance
- FMS simplified and reorganized structure
- Review of the content
- ECCAIRS 4 references removed
- Login and logout from every page
- Link to public SRIS
- Automated web links to organisations
- Clean up of the user base
